In 2013, Jim and Elizabeth Morgan were looking to escape a hectic life and move away from the city. A quick dart toss on the map, led them to the Adirondacks for a visit and ultimately to their new life living in upstate New York. With land and forest to spread out, and a slower paced lifestyle, it was exactly what they were looking for. Now they enjoy a large garden, raising bees and chickens and take part in the local Farmers Market. 

Elizabeth's passion has always been in the kitchen and recognizing a limited amount of local, freshly baked goods in the area, decided to start sharing some of her creations with local neighbors as well as our friends that love to visit this part of the Adirondack park.
