Bakery items are whipped up fresh weekly and delivered or picked up on Friday or Saturday.
Simply text us what you fancy and wish to order by Wednesday, and we will respond with next steps. We deliver within a 15 mile radius ($25 minimum purchase) for a $5 fee, or pick up is offered in the town of Adirondack.

Sourdough
Simple ingredients deliver some of the best things in life. Time is what gives our bread a delicious flavor and incredible texture. Freezes beautifully for up to 3 months. non gmo flour, Adirondack wild yeast, water and Redmond Real salt.
Baguette
Our kitchen baked up many different recipes until we finely came across an absolute favorite. Crunchy crust with a soft, open crumb inside. Perfect. These favorites make a wonderful sandwich or serve with a bowl of soup for an authentic French experience. Like our soudough, these baguette are a multi-day process to create. A labor of love.
Twisted Cinnamon Rolls
Instead of rolling up our cinnamon rolls, we braid and twist them in such a way that allows for a soft, delicate creation with no hard outer edges. Drizzled with an orange honey glaze.
Occasional indulgence is a wonderful thing.
Roasted Garlic Focaccia
Tender crumb, crispy edges, and a springy texture that is unmistakably authentic. We slow roast the garlic with olive oil, butter and spices and then we generously top the focaccia with this mixture before baking. If you eat this whole thing for dinner, we won't tell anyone (we've done it.)
Scones
Perfect with tea as an afternoon pleasure, or anytime. Our scones are delicate, light in texture, with a bit of crisp and tender crumb. Special Flavors; Maple Walnut, Strawberries & Cream, Orange Pecan White Chocolate, and Almond Joy
Homespun Jams
Our three most popular flavors; Caramel Apple, Fruits of the Forest and Tangerine Marmalade. Our jam slathered on our sourdough is a match made in heaven. Pure cane sugar and non gmo fruit used when available.

Cookies
These are one of the most popular items we sell at our local Farmers Market. The Peanut Butter surprises people who never really cared for that flavor, and our Brown Butter Chocolate Chip leaves you with wanting another one (and maybe another). We also bake up our specialty; Forest Crunch - coconut, white chocolate and pistachios with a hint of almond. The flavor profile is rich yet delicate with a crunchy exterior and softer crumb.

Soup in a Jar
Within 1 hour, you can have a hearty meal for 4 with this nutritious mixture of lentils, farro, split pea, cheese tortellini, and sun dried tomatoes. Beautiful herbs and seasonings ensure a simple yet, delicious lunch or dinner. Although not needed, suggested "add ins" come with the directions. Convenient and makes a thoughtful gift.
Pancake Mix
What makes these flapjacks so special? We mill many of our own grains these days and this pancake mix has some of those mixed in. They provide more protein, nutrition, and wow, what a flavor and texture!
Farm Fresh Eggs
Our beautiful hens are spoiled in everyway. They eat well, have wonderful areas to explore and are given fresh water, food and veggies every single day. And when they no longer lay eggs for us, we allow them to enjoy their life and live out their lives with their sisters. It's tough to go back to store bought eggs after enjoying some from the homestead.

Our granola is chock full of all of the things you love about this breakfast/snack food.
Local maple syrup, spices, sourdough starter tossed with a medly of hearty fruits and nuts make this granola irresistable. Top off your yogurt, pour it as a cereal or take it on the next road trip for a healthy snack that gives you energy.
Bread Dipping Mix
Treat yourself to the simple pleasure of enjoying your favorite rustic bread drenched in a a symphony of flavors. If dinner is still a little ways off, mixing up this blend of spices and herbs with olive oil and lemon juice is a wonderful way to slow down the pace for your evening plans.

Black Kettle Candle is our Sister Company. In addition to offering some wonderful baked goods, we also pour richly scented, soy blend candles! We use premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils and 100% cotton wicks.
Our candles are slow burning and we offer uncommon fragrances that are blended uniquely by our company in our shoppe.
